Jury to Decide Fate of Redwood Christian Schools

Feb 27, 2007

The jury is expected to begin deliberations today in the case of Redwood Christian Schools v. Alameda County.  For nearly 10 years, RCS has tried to build a junior/senior high school on land it purchased in 1997, but has struggled against county opposition at every turn.  RCS is seeking more than $30 million in damages the county has inflicted on them.  Keep checking the Becket Fund website for updates.
