Melissa received her B.A. in Philosophy at Penn State University and is currently getting her masters in Theological Studies at Boston University. While at Penn State she conducted research for the Association of Religion Data Archives (ARDA). Her research involved coding the State Department’s annual International Religious Freedom Reports. Melissa spent her formative years in places such as China, Germany, Kazakhstan, and the United Arab Emirates. She received her teaching certificate from the Royal Academy of Dance while living in the UAE.
